Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of filtered water throughout the day.
Eat everything as described below. Do not skip meals. Your total intake will be about 500 calories consisting of protein, vegetables and fruit.
You can spread the food throughout the day to help with any hunger or blood sugar issues. You can have your allowable fruit for breakfast to assist in increasing blood sugar and increase energy. Since your total for the day is 500 calories, use the calories found in your 2 fruits, 2 proteins, 2 Melba toasts and then subtract that from the 500 calories. You then make up the rest of your 500 calories in vegetables.
 
Protein Selections - Choose only one protein for lunch and another for dinner. Never eat the same protein twice on the same day. Weigh out 3.5 oz prior to cooking.

WHAT IS HCG?
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). HCG is a protein hormone that is produced during pregnancy and is also known as a Peptide. Its detection in urine is the basis for all pregnancy tests.

DOES HCG REALLY WORK FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO LOSE?
When following Dr. Simeons protocol 'strictly' and taking the correct dosage of HCG drops, results have shown dieters can show substantial weight loss and dieters can hope to lose between 0.5 and 1.5 lb of excess weight per day. Dependent on the length of time spent on the full protocol, which we heavily recommend to be limited each time to a maximum of 23 days, taking a break for three to six weeks before attempting re commencement, dieters can and have lost in excess of 40 lb of excess body fat.
 
IS THERE A STANDARD DAILY DOSAGE FOR MAXIMUM WEIGHT LOSS?

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE HCG?

CAN I TAKE OTHER MEDICATIONS WHILST TAKING HCG?
We encourage our dieters to take daily multi-vitamin supplements containing Vitamin B, C, and D complex. Vitamin B12 has been shown to help aid HCG in weight loss, promoting a healthy immune system. If you are taking any supplements that contain oils, it is recommended to end use until after your HCG protocol is complete. If you are taking any medication, before beginning your HCG protocol, please consult your physician or local pharmacy to see if your prescriptions counteract with HCG. Some medications are known to increase weight gain, therefore taking these while on HCG may affect your weight loss.
 
WHAT SORT OF FOOD CAN I EAT WHILST ON THE HCG DIET?
Food selection comes down to around 20 or so meats, vegetables and fruits.Meats include Beef, Veal, Chicken breast meat (no skin), Shrimp, Lobster, Crab, some white fish e.g.Flounder, Sole, Sea Bass, Grouper and Halibut (not oily fish e.g. sardine, tuna, or mackerel).Vegetables include Tomato, Celery, Lettuce, Spinach, Cucumber, Onion, Cabbage, Asparagus, Chard, Radish and Beet greens.Fruits include Grapefruit, Oranges, Strawberries and Apples (avoid if you have low blood/sugar or are hypoglycemic). Keep in mind that your daily intake will be around 500 calories.
 
ARE THERE ANY FOODS I HAVE TO AVOID?
All fats, starches, complex carbohydrates and sugars need to be removed from your diet while taking HCG.
 
DO THE DROPS NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED OR STORED SPECIALLY?
While sealed - No but once opened, although they do not need to be refrigerated, the drops should be kept at room temperature (Avoid direct sunlight)and kept away from most electronic items, especially any form of x-ray, microwaves, cable boxes, TVs and Cell Phones.
 
DO I HAVE TO DILUTE THE DROPS BEFORE TAKING THEM?
